Welcome to the Broward Urban River Trails homepage. The metropolitan area of Ft. Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida, hosts many miles of navigable waterways, most reachable by power and all by canoe/kayak.  

BURT has been instrumental in opening up these waterways to the general public in an effort to educate, preserve, and develop an intuitive awareness of the natural treasures in our area.
